2. Make sure you are covered incase of workplace accidents. Ask them for proof in the form of current insurance certificates for workers comp insurance and general liability insurance. We are happy to provide these to our customers at any time.

3. Check their Texas DPS security license status to make sure their company is active.

The TX DPS checks the company insurance once a year, so also check their insurance requirements online.
