AC-525 provides the best of all worlds; advanced networked access control integrated with a digital video server using Edge DVR technology, all through a simple to install and operate system.


SOUTHLAKE, TX, October 29, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Well-featured, yet simple to install and operate, the AC-525 panel supports two analog camera inputs and two voice channels for high quality audio/video recording and streaming, compatible with MPEG-4, and synchronized with real time access control data. The fully integrated panel has a built-in embedded Linux OS with a Web server on an ARM-9 platform for maximum performance and flexibility.

This full-featured Access Controller manages 30,000 users, two doors (expandable up to 4 doors) per panel, networked up to 1023 panels, and 20,000 history events. The digital Video Server supports 2 analog cameras with PTZ control, and voice, Web server, and a local DVR using a USB storage device of up to 40GB memory.

The PC server runs on two platforms: AxTrax and ViTrax .

AxTrax features PC Client/Server Management Software for Professional Networked Controllers, with user-friendly scalable management software for real-time monitoring, configuration and reporting for up to 1023 panels/4092 doors. It also uses an SQL database for intensive operation and advanced event-response logic. AxTrax supports AC-215, AC-225 and AC-525 controllers with optional expansions and mixed installations. The AxTrax software can combine controllers of all types. It also supports the PSTN modem, as well as serial and TCP/IP configurations for panels. AxTrax provides optional VeriCard and VeriTime software modules for card design and printing, and Time and Attendance management.

ViTrax , offers advanced DVR/surveillance client/server management software, with a full-featured interface for viewing, recording, storing, and managing multiple A/V channels. ViTrax also supports a range of major digital video devices, frame grabbers, and compatible Direct Show devices.

The AC-525 system supports Rosslare Security's wide range of readers, the MD-D02 2-door expansion, the MD-IO48 IO expansion, and a wide variety of accessories.
